1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to provide flexibility while adhering to service provider policies. Customers must request cancellations via email at info@travelorama.co or by calling +91 99593 88992 / +91 81798 72835. Cancellation requests are processed only during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST).

Refund & Cancellation Charges

  • More than 30 days before departure or check-in: Eligible for a full refund after deducting service fees, except for non-refundable services.
  • Between 15 to 30 days prior: A 20% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Between 7 to 14 days prior: Only 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days prior: No refund, and 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain discounted bookings, promotional hotel stays, and package deals are strictly non-refundable, which will be clearly mentioned during the booking process.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days (bank account, credit card  or digital wallet.)

Refund Processing Time

  • If the payment was made via third-party payment providers, the refund processing time may vary based on their policies.
  • Service fees, convenience charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.

For cancellations initiated by the service provider, refunds will be processed as per their policy. Travelorama will assist in coordinating refunds but is not responsible for delays in the provider’s decision.
